INPUT/OUTPUT COMMANDS
<READ> (the SHIFT F10 key) reads a file and inserts the contents
before the current line. The file can be an ASCII text file, or a file
created by NYWord.
<WRITE> (the F10 key) allows you to save the file you are editing to
another file, or allows you to print the file. To print the file, type
<RETURN> at the prompt. You will then be given a printer menu which
you may use to control the printing session. To save the file to
another file, type the file name. All files are saved in ASCII, unless
specified.
<WRITE BUFFER> (the ALT W key) does the same thing as <WRITE> but the
lines are taken from the current pick buffer (see the help on block
commands).
See the help information on PRINTING if you need more assistance.
